Kidz Playlist is a one-time purchase, parent-controlled YouTube viewing app. No subscriptions, no accounts, no ads. Use it responsibly and don't try to break it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kidz Playlist mobile application ("the app"), published by Insert Click LLC, based in Texas, USA. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to download and set up the app, since it is intended to be configured and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Kidz Playlist lets a parent search YouTube, select specific videos or channels, and approve them into a whitelist. Children using the app can only browse and play videos from that parent-approved whitelist, through YouTube's official embedded player. The app does not host, create, or modify any video content — all video content is provided by YouTube/Google and remains subject to YouTube's own terms.
Kidz Playlist is offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or in-app purchases. Your purchase is processed entirely by Apple or Google under their respective terms and refund policies; Insert Click LLC does not process or store any payment information.
Kidz Playlist does not require you to create an account, and it does not support signing in with a Google, Apple, or any other third-party account. All app data (child profiles, approved content, settings) is stored locally on your device and protected by a parent-set PIN, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Kidz Playlist is a parental-control tool, not a content moderation service. You, the parent or guardian, are solely responsible for:

The app relies on the YouTube Data API and YouTube's embedded video player, both operated by Google. Your use of YouTube content through the app is also subject to:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of YouTube or any other third-party service.
The Kidz Playlist app, its design, and its original content (excluding YouTube video content, which belongs to its respective owners) are owned by Insert Click LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that YouTube content will always remain available, embeddable, or appropriate after a parent has approved it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insert Click LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any content your child views through the app after parental approval.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which permanently deletes all locally stored app data. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
